Solidago 'Yellow Stone'
Solidago 'Yellow Stone' is a hardy, upright perennial producing branching plumes packed with small, brilliant golden-yellow flowers. The feathery flower heads rise above fresh green foliage, bringing warmth, texture and movement to summer borders.
Flowering from July into autumn, 'Yellow Stone' provides valuable late-season colour and an abundant source of nectar for bees, butterflies and other pollinating insects. Its long-lasting stems are also excellent for cutting and adding texture to floral arrangements.
Ideal for sunny mixed borders, cottage gardens, prairie-style planting and wildlife-friendly schemes, this reliable perennial is easy to grow in moist but well-drained soil. Plant it among ornamental grasses and late-flowering perennials for a colourful naturalistic display.
