Delivery Information

We aim to pick, pack and despatch your order as soon as possible once we receive it. We have different delivery arrangements which are tailored to the suitability of the products ordered:

- The majority of plants are shipped via a courier for express delivery. We only dispatch plants on certain days to ensure that they spend the least amount of time possible in transit and reach you in the best possible condition.

- Certain items will only be available for local delivery due to their size or unsuitability for third party services. Once your order has been placed we will contact you to arrange delivery via our own delivery service.

- Gift vouchers and small items are sent out via Royal Mail’s Signed for 1st Class service.

Tracked Delivery (Next Day) - £6.99

Zone 1 - England, Wales & Scotland (excluding Highlands & Islands)

 

  • Parcels are sent via tracked delivery, requiring a signature on delivery.
  • Fully tracked from door to door with text or email notifications along the way to keep you informed.
  • 1 hour time slot notification
  • 'You're next' notification when the driver is 10 minutes away
  • Orders must be placed by 11:00 to be processed the same day
  • Dispatch days Monday - Thursday (exc. Bank Holidays)
  • Delivery days Tuesday - Friday

 

Tracked Delivery (2-4 Days) - £14.99

Zone 2 – Highlands & Islands of Scotland

 

  • Parcels are sent via a tracked 48 service, requiring a signature on delivery.
  • Tracking code provided on dispatch. Email or SMS notification on day of delivery.
  • Please expect 2-4 days for delivery.

Parcel Tracking

Your order will be sent using a tracked service, this provides us with some information on the parcel's status, location and route at up to 5 points along the delivery process. It also allows us to provide you with the same information. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email (please check spam/junk email folders) with a tracking code and instructions on how this information can be retrieved.

This product is only available for local delivery to the postcodes below via our own delivery service. We will contact you to arrange delivery within 7 days of your order being placed.

Delivery - Vouchers & Small Items

These products will be posted via the Royal Mail Signed-For delivery service and is fully trackable. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. Cost £2.50

Gift Vouchers: We can send your gift vouchers directly to their recipient - simply select the option during checkout and enter a message in the order notes which we will write inside the card.

Delivery Information

Delivery timeframes have been extended to up to 30 working days due to carrier restrictions during Covid-19 and excessive demand.

Free Delivery within Mainland England and Wales - Postcodes AB, IV & KW in Scotland & TR in Devon & Cornwall carry a supplement charge of £50 inc VAT.
Delivery is to mainland England Wales and Scotland, up to and including Glasgow and Edinburgh but not above. The following postcodes will incur a separate delivery charge AB, IV, TR and KW, please contact us for a personalised quote if you require delivery to one of these postcode areas.

Delivery Period

Delivery will typically be made within 7-10 working days but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.

Vehicles We Use

Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically a 7.5 ton lorry. This will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.

Unloading Of Your Delivery

Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.
