1. Entry period: Opens 21 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm UK time on Friday 27 November 2026. Entries received after the deadline will not be accepted.
2. Who can enter: UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding Cowell’s employees and their immediate families. The winner must be able to collect the prize from Cowell’s Garden Centre in Woolsington. One entry per person; one entry per email address.
3. How to enter: Complete the entry form with your name, valid email address and UK postcode, select the correct answer and accept these terms. Entry is free. No purchase or marketing subscription is required. Buying a tree or opting into emails does not improve your chances.
4. The prize: One fresh cut Nordmann fir Christmas tree, 6 to 6.5ft tall, worth £64.99. One winner. Tree stand, decorations and delivery are not included. No cash alternative. The prize cannot be transferred.
5. Winner selection: Cowell’s will choose one winner at random from all eligible correct entries on 28 November 2026, using a verifiable random process, and contact them by email by 30 November 2026. The winner must reply within 72 hours of the notification email. If they do not respond, or are ineligible, a replacement winner will be drawn by the same method.
6. Collection: The winner must arrange collection from Cowell’s Garden Centre by 13 December 2026. Collection is free. If the winner has already pre-ordered a Christmas tree, this does not affect their eligibility; the prize remains the tree described above.
7. Valid entries: Incomplete, incorrect, late, automated or duplicate entries are not eligible. Please use your own details. Cowell’s may verify eligibility before awarding the prize.
8. Your details: Entry details will be used to administer the prize draw and contact the winner, as explained in our privacy policy. The separate mailing list box is optional and unticked by default. If you opt in, your details may also be used to send Cowell’s news, offers and events by email; you can unsubscribe at any time.
9. Winner information: Information confirming a valid award, ordinarily the winner’s surname and county, will be available on request by emailing the promoter within 30 days of the draw. Entrants may object to, or request reduced disclosure of, this information by contacting the promoter. Relevant information may still be supplied to the ASA if required.
10. Fair administration: Cowell’s may cancel or amend the promotion only where unavoidable circumstances make this necessary, taking reasonable steps to avoid disadvantaging entrants. Statutory rights are unaffected.
