Sedum pachyclados
Sedum pachyclados is a charming compact succulent forming neat mats of small, blue-green rosettes that closely resemble miniature Echeveria. Its attractive evergreen foliage provides year-round interest, while in late summer short stems emerge carrying clusters of delicate star-shaped white flowers.
Ideal for alpine gardens, rockeries, gravel beds and containers, this hardy stonecrop thrives in poor, well-drained soils and sunny positions. Its tidy, low-growing habit makes it perfect for edging paths, filling gaps between stones or creating attractive drought-tolerant planting combinations.
Easy to grow and requiring very little maintenance, Sedum pachyclados is exceptionally tolerant of heat and dry conditions once established, making it an excellent choice for low-maintenance gardens.
