Rhododendron 'Bloombux Pink'
Rhododendron 'Bloombux Pink' is a modern, innovative alternative to traditional boxwood, offering the same neat, compact form with the added benefit of vibrant flowers and improved resilience. Although similar in habit to Buxus, Bloombux® is a specially bred rhododendron that is tolerant of pruning, easy to shape and naturally resistant to common boxwood pests and diseases.
Its evergreen foliage forms a dense, rounded shrub, ideal for low hedging, edging or contemporary topiary. In early summer, ‘Bloombux Pink’ produces a profusion of soft pink open flowers that attract bees and other pollinators, adding seasonal colour that boxwood simply cannot provide. Hardy, reliable and low maintenance, it thrives in neutral to acidic soils and performs beautifully in borders or containers.
