Raspberry 'Autumn Bliss'® is a classic primocane raspberry renowned for its heavy crops and dependable performance. It produces abundant dark red berries with a rich, sweet flavour from August to September, making it one of the earliest and most reliable autumn-fruiting varieties. First bred in Kent in 1974, it remains a firm favourite for home gardeners thanks to its ease of growth and consistent yields.
A versatile and compact variety, ‘Autumn Bliss’® grows well in borders, small gardens or containers, and offers good resistance to root rot. The fruits are delicious eaten fresh but also excellent for freezing, jams, pies and desserts, with their firm texture holding up well in the kitchen. Self-fertile and easy to maintain, it is an ideal choice for gardeners looking for a productive, low-maintenance raspberry.
