Picea glauca var. albertiana 'Conica' is a classic dwarf evergreen conifer known for its dense, perfectly symmetrical conical habit. Its short, finely textured needles emerge bright green and mature to a deeper shade while retaining their fresh appearance throughout the year.
The closely packed branches create a soft, even surface and a naturally neat, formal outline. Slow growing and reliably compact, it normally requires little or no pruning to maintain its attractive shape.
Ideal for rockeries, borders, gravel gardens, containers and small garden features, this hardy RHS award-winning spruce provides valuable year-round structure. It performs best in full sun or partial shade and moist, well-drained soil.
