Light: Thrives in bright, indirect light. Too little light will dull the purple colouring, while direct sun may scorch the leaves.
Water: Keep soil lightly moist but not waterlogged. Allow the top 2–3cm to dry slightly between waterings.
Soil/Nutrition: Use a free-draining houseplant compost. Feed every 2–4 weeks during spring and summer with diluted fertiliser.
Humidity: Prefers moderate humidity but adapts to average household conditions.
Pruning & Propagation: Pinch back stems to encourage bushier growth and prevent legginess. Propagates easily from stem cuttings.
