Ceanothus 'El Dorado'
Ceanothus 'El Dorado' is a striking evergreen shrub valued for its colourful variegated foliage and vibrant spring flowers. The glossy leaves are splashed with shades of green and lime yellow, providing year-round interest and brightening up borders even when not in bloom.
In late spring and early summer, clusters of soft sky-blue flowers appear, creating a beautiful contrast against the bright foliage and attracting bees and other pollinating insects.
Compact and upright in habit, 'El Dorado' is ideal for smaller gardens, sunny borders and sheltered positions. It performs best in full sun and well-drained soil, where its colourful foliage and seasonal flowers can be enjoyed to full effect.
