Viburnum tinus 'Spring Bouquet'
Viburnum tinus 'Spring Bouquet' is a dense, rounded evergreen shrub with glossy dark green foliage and a naturally bushy habit. Its attractive leaves provide reliable year-round colour and structure in borders, containers and informal hedging.
Dark pink flower buds develop during winter before opening into broad clusters of lightly fragrant white flowers from December through January, February, March and April. These may be followed by decorative blue berries that gradually ripen to black.
Hardy and low maintenance, 'Spring Bouquet' thrives in full sun or partial shade and grows well in most fertile, well-drained soils. It is ideal for mixed borders, wildlife gardens, courtyard planting and evergreen screening, preferably in a position sheltered from cold, drying winds.
