Veronicastrum virginicum 'Adoration' is an elegant upright perennial producing tall, slender spires of soft lavender-pink purple flowers above attractive whorls of deep green foliage. Its architectural habit brings height, movement and a naturalistic feel to mixed borders and prairie-style planting schemes.
Flowering from mid to late summer, the nectar-rich blooms are highly attractive to bees, butterflies and other beneficial pollinators. The vertical flower spikes create a striking contrast amongst rounded or mounding plants, making it an excellent companion for grasses and late-season perennials.
