Senecio rowleyanus - String of Pearls
Senecio rowleyanus, commonly known as String of Pearls, is a striking trailing succulent with bead-like green leaves that resemble a string of pearls. Its long, cascading stems create a dramatic effect, making it a popular choice for hanging baskets or raised planters. In summer, it may produce small, white, cinnamon-scented flowers.

Light: Requires bright, indirect light and tolerates some direct sun. Best placed on a sunny windowsill.
Water: Water sparingly, allowing soil to dry completely between waterings. Reduce watering in winter.
Soil/Nutrition: Use a gritty, free-draining cactus or succulent mix. Feed monthly during spring and summer with diluted cactus fertiliser.
Humidity: Thrives in dry air – avoid high humidity.
Pruning & Propagation: Trim stems to control length. Propagates easily from stem cuttings placed on soil.
