Schefflera 'Melanie' is a compact umbrella plant with glossy, deep green leaflets that form elegant, rounded clusters. Its neat growth habit and tropical foliage make it a perfect choice for brightening living rooms, offices, or conservatories with a touch of lush greenery.
This dwarf Schefflera variety stays smaller than typical cultivars, making it ideal for tabletops or smaller spaces. It performs well as an indoor specimen and responds positively to regular pruning, maintaining a dense, bushy form.

Schefflera Care Sheet
Light: Thrives in bright, indirect light but tolerates medium light. Avoid direct sunlight, which can scorch leaves.
Water: Water when the top 2–3cm of soil feels dry. Keep lightly moist but not waterlogged.
Soil/Nutrition: Use a free-draining houseplant compost. Feed every 4–6 weeks in spring and summer with balanced fertiliser.
Humidity: Prefers average indoor humidity but benefits from occasional misting.
Pruning & Propagation: Trim back to control height and encourage bushy growth. Propagates by stem cuttings.
