Rudbeckia fulgida 'Goldblitz'
Rudbeckia fulgida 'Goldblitz' is a hardy, free-flowering perennial producing masses of large golden-yellow daisy-like flowers with prominent dark centres. The gently curved petals give each bloom a graceful appearance above fresh, deep green foliage.
Flowering from midsummer into autumn, 'Goldblitz' provides a long-lasting display of vibrant colour when many other perennials are beginning to fade. The nectar-rich flowers are highly attractive to bees, butterflies and other pollinating insects.
Perfect for cottage gardens, sunny mixed borders, wildlife-friendly planting and prairie-style schemes, this reliable Rudbeckia is easy to grow in fertile, well-drained soil. Its strong stems and colourful blooms also make it an excellent choice for cutting.
