Pinus parviflora 'Linda'

Pinus 'Linda' is a compact, slow-growing evergreen conifer with dense clusters of soft, blue-green needles. Its broad, upright growth develops an attractive, slightly irregular outline, while small cones provide additional seasonal interest among the finely textured foliage.

This dwarf Japanese white pine is an excellent choice for rockeries, gravel gardens, containers and smaller borders. Its sculptural form works particularly well in Japanese-style planting, where it provides year-round structure without quickly outgrowing its position.

Hardy and low maintenance, 'Linda' performs best in full sun and moist but well-drained soil. It has a slight preference for acidic conditions and requires little pruning, although damaged or unwanted branches can be removed in spring.
