Pinus mugo 'Gnom'
Pinus mugo 'Gnom' is a compact dwarf evergreen conifer with dense, dark green needles and a naturally bushy, upright habit. Its neat form provides reliable year-round colour and structure, making it an excellent choice for smaller gardens and more restricted planting spaces.
As the plant matures, small green-brown cones may appear among the foliage, adding further seasonal interest. Its dense growth and tidy appearance make 'Gnom' particularly well suited to rock gardens, alpine planting, borders and containers.
Hardy, reliable and easy to grow, 'Gnom' tolerates a broad range of soil conditions provided drainage is good. It performs best in full sun and requires very little pruning to maintain its naturally compact shape.
