Fountain Grass 'Burgundy Bunny' is a compact, clump-forming ornamental grass with fine, fresh green foliage that develops distinctive red highlights during summer. As the season progresses, the colour intensifies until the whole plant takes on rich burgundy-red tones in autumn.
Soft, creamy bottlebrush-like flower heads rise above the foliage from mid to late summer, adding texture and gentle movement to the display. Its combination of colourful foliage and delicate seed heads provides a long season of interest from summer well into autumn.
Ideal for patio pots, containers, borders and mass planting, 'Burgundy Bunny' grows best in fertile, well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade. Once established it is drought tolerant, making it particularly useful for lower-water planting schemes.
