Nerine bowdenii 'Amandi'
Nerine bowdenii 'Amandi' is an elegant bulbous perennial producing loose clusters of large, soft pink flowers. Each lily-like bloom has narrow, recurved petals, creating a graceful display above upright stems and fresh green, strap-shaped foliage.
Flowering from September into November, 'Amandi' provides valuable late-season colour as many summer plants begin to fade. Its long-lasting blooms are attractive to pollinators and make excellent cut flowers for autumn arrangements.
This low-maintenance nerine performs best in full sun and well-drained soil in a warm, sheltered position. Ideal for sunny borders, gravel gardens and patio containers, it should be planted shallowly and left undisturbed to develop into a generous flowering clump.
