Mimosa pudica – A fascinating plant best known for its leaves that fold and droop when touched or shaken, earning it the nickname "Sensitive Plant". Its delicate, fern-like foliage and fluffy pink pom-pom flowers add charm and curiosity, making it a favourite for children and collectors alike. Plants can suffer some transport damage, but they recover quickly with good care.

Light: Prefers bright, indirect light. Can tolerate some gentle morning sun but avoid harsh midday rays.

Soil/Nutrition: Use a light, well-draining potting mix. Feed every 4–6 weeks during the growing season with diluted fertiliser.
Humidity: Thrives in warm, humid conditions. Mist occasionally or place near a humidifier.
Pruning & Propagation: Trim back leggy growth to encourage bushiness. Propagates easily from seed.
