Lobelia 'Starship Burgundy'
Lobelia 'Starship Burgundy' is a striking herbaceous perennial producing rich burgundy-red flower spikes above dark, glossy foliage from midsummer into autumn. Its upright habit adds height, colour and drama to borders while creating a valuable nectar source for bees, butterflies and other pollinators.
The deep-toned foliage provides an attractive contrast even before flowering begins, making this variety a standout feature throughout the growing season. Ideal for mixed borders, prairie-style planting and wildlife gardens, it also makes an excellent cut flower thanks to its long, elegant stems.
Hardy and reliable, the foliage naturally dies back in autumn before fresh growth emerges in spring, providing dependable colour and structure year after year.
