Hosta 'So Sweet'
Hosta 'So Sweet' is a compact, clump-forming perennial with glossy mid-green leaves edged by broad creamy-yellow margins that gradually fade to white. Its bright variegated foliage brings fresh colour and contrast to shaded planting schemes.
From July to September, upright stems rise above the foliage carrying sweetly scented, pale lavender to white, trumpet-shaped flowers. The fragrant blooms add further interest and are attractive to bees and other pollinating insects.
Fast growing and easy to maintain, 'So Sweet' thrives in partial or dappled shade in rich, moist but well-drained soil. It is ideal for shaded borders, woodland gardens, patio containers and planting beneath trees and shrubs.
