Cyclamen persicum 'Windbell' - Pink
Cyclamen persicum 'Windbell' - Pink is a distinctive compact cyclamen producing unusual nodding, bell-shaped pink flowers. The rounded blooms hang above a neat mound of marbled green foliage, creating a delicate display with a different flower shape from traditional swept-back cyclamen.
Flowering during the cooler months, 'Windbell' brings colour and texture to decorative pots, window boxes and seasonal arrangements. Smaller plants are particularly useful for mixed hanging baskets and sheltered patio containers, combining beautifully with trailing ivy. Individual pots also make attractive displays in cool indoor rooms, where the unusual flowers can be appreciated up close.
Grow in bright, indirect light with free-draining compost, keeping the roots lightly moist without waterlogging. Protect outdoor plants from frost and avoid excessively warm indoor positions near radiators. Water around the pot edges or from below, allowing excess water to drain away. Remove faded flowers and yellowing leaves regularly to maintain a tidy display.
