Hedera helix 'Elja'
Hedera helix 'Elja' is a compact, slower-growing selection of English ivy with neat, angular lobed leaves and a dense, bushy habit. Its glossy, deep green foliage forms a tight, attractive mat, offering year-round structure and reliable coverage.
Ideal as evergreen ground cover or trained as a low climber, ‘Elja’ is perfect for containers, trailing from raised beds, softening walls or underplanting shrubs and trees. Its dense growth makes it particularly effective for weed suppression and erosion control, especially in shaded or awkward areas.
