Cryptomeria 'Little Champion' is a compact evergreen conifer with soft, finely textured grey-green foliage. Its dense growth and naturally rounded habit create a neat, architectural form that provides reliable structure and interest throughout the year.
This variety develops into a compact, spherical mound, making it particularly well suited to smaller gardens, rockeries, borders and patio containers. Its naturally tidy shape requires very little pruning and works well in both contemporary and traditional planting schemes.
Slow growing, hardy and easy to maintain, this conifer performs best in full sun or partial shade in moist but well-drained soil. Growth is typically around 5-10cm per year, allowing it to maintain its compact form for many years.
