Bergenia 'Eden's Dark Margin' is a striking evergreen perennial grown for its bold, leathery foliage and vibrant spring flowers. Forming a dense mound of glossy green leaves, the foliage develops dramatic deep maroon-purple margins during autumn and winter, providing valuable year-round interest in the garden.
In mid-spring, sturdy red-flushed stems rise above the foliage carrying clusters of rich magenta-purple flowers. These nectar-rich blooms are highly attractive to bees and other pollinating insects, making this variety an excellent choice for wildlife-friendly planting schemes.
