Aster 'Alpha White' is a compact, dwarf perennial producing a heavenly mass of crisp white, daisy-like flowers above neat mid-green foliage. Its abundant blooms create a bright and attractive display as summer begins to fade.
Flowering from late summer into mid-autumn, 'Alpha White' provides valuable late-season colour and nectar. The flowers are highly attractive to bees, butterflies and other pollinating insects, while the seed heads may also appeal to garden birds.
Hardy, easy to grow and naturally compact, this reliable Michaelmas Daisy is ideal for sunny borders, rock gardens, alpine planting and coastal gardens. The foliage dies back in autumn before returning with fresh growth the following spring.
