Acer palmatum 'Cascade Citrine'
Acer palmatum 'Cascade Citrine' is an elegant weeping Japanese maple, valued for its finely cut, deeply lobed foliage in fresh acid yellow-green tones. The cascading leaves spill gracefully from the grafted head, creating a flowing, architectural form that brings light and movement to the garden.
Ideal as a focal point in mixed borders, gravel gardens or large containers, this refined variety adds height variation without dominating its surroundings. In autumn, the foliage develops glowing golden and amber shades, extending its seasonal interest. Best grown in a sheltered position with well-drained soil and light shade.
