Carex oshimensis 'Feather Falls'
'Feather Falls' produces clumps of long, arching mid-green foliage, edged with creamy white. The evergreen leaves add texture and informality to borders, container planting or rock gardens. In spring, soft beige feathery plumes rise on upright stems.
