Viburnum tinus 'Eve Price'
Viburnum tinus 'Eve Price' is a handsome, large evergreen shrub with glossy, dark green foliage that provides reliable year-round structure. From late autumn through to spring, it produces flattened clusters of tiny pink-tinged buds that open into creamy-white flowers, adding valuable colour when little else is in bloom. These blooms are highly attractive to early pollinators, bringing bees into the garden during the colder months.
After flowering, metallic black berries follow, often persisting into summer and providing food for garden birds. Easy to grow and tolerant of most soils and aspects, ‘Eve Price’ is excellent as a specimen shrub, for mixed borders, or grown as informal hedging. Holder of the RHS Award of Garden Merit, it is valued for its hardiness, reliability, and outstanding all-season performance.
