Veronica prostrata 'Trehane'
Veronica prostrata 'Trehane' is a neat, low-growing evergreen perennial with eye-catching variegated green and cream foliage. It forms a compact spreading mat, perfect for alpine troughs, sunny rockeries, edging and patio containers.
In late spring and early summer, blue flowers appear above the foliage, creating a fresh contrast with the variegated leaves. This hardy speedwell performs best in full sun with well-drained soil and needs very little maintenance once established.
With its colourful foliage and bee-friendly flowers, 'Trehane' is a useful choice for adding year-round interest to small spaces, walls and alpine-style planting.
