Thuja occidentalis 'Fire Chief'
Thuja 'Fire Chief' is a compact, globe-shaped conifer with finely textured foliage that turns fiery red in autumn. This dwarf arborvitae maintains a neat, rounded habit without pruning (similar to 'Rheingold'), making it ideal for formal beds, rockeries, low hedging or containers. The soft, feathery foliage emerges gold in spring, developing to mid green over summer, intensifying to orange-red tones as temperatures cool in autumn and winter.
