Fragaria × ananassa 'Symphony'
Strawberry 'Symphony' is a reliable mid to late-season variety known for its excellent flavour and consistent yields. Producing large, bright red berries with firm flesh, it offers a superb balance of sweetness and freshness, making it ideal for eating straight from the plant or using in desserts and preserves.
‘Symphony’ crops heavily from early to mid-summer and is well regarded for its disease resistance and strong garden performance. It can be planted from late July to mid-August, or in March, April and May. Earlier planting will encourage a stronger crop the following season.
Best grown in fertile, well-drained soil in full sun, this variety rewards gardeners with uniform, attractive fruit that holds well after picking.
