Stachys byzantina 'Big Ears'
A clump-forming perennial with extra-large, silvery leaves as soft as lamb’s ears. ‘Big Ears’ is a bold selection of Stachys byzantina, valued for its tactile, felted foliage that forms a dense, weed-suppressing mat. Its broad leaves catch the light beautifully and add contrast to mixed borders, gravel gardens or containers. Pale lilac flower spikes may appear in summer, but the foliage is the main attraction.
