Sedum sexangulare
Sedum sexangulare is a low-growing, mat-forming evergreen sedum valued for its fine-textured foliage and excellent ground-covering habit. The tiny, needle-like leaves are bright green, often developing warm bronze tones in cooler weather.
In early to mid-summer, clusters of small star-shaped yellow flowers appear above the foliage, attracting bees and other pollinators. Tough and drought tolerant once established, it is ideal for rockeries, green roofs, gravel gardens and sunny borders where it forms a dense, spreading carpet.
