Schlumbergera Pink, commonly known as the Pink Christmas Cactus, is a beautiful flowering houseplant that produces bright, radiant pink blooms along its segmented, arching stems. Schlumbergera Care Sheet
Light: Prefers bright, indirect light. Avoid strong direct sun, especially in summer, as it may scorch the leaves
Water: Water thoroughly when the top of the soil feels dry. Reduce watering slightly after flowering. Never allow the plant to stand in water
Soil/Nutrition: Use a well-draining mix, ideally cactus compost with added bark or perlite. Feed every 4 weeks in spring and summer with a balanced fertiliser; stop feeding in autumn before flowering
Humidity: Prefers moderate humidity. Mist lightly or place near other plants to maintain moisture in the air
Pruning and propagation: After flowering, pinch back stems to encourage branching. Propagate easily from stem segments rooted in soil
