Schefflera arboricola 'Gerda'
Schefflera arboricola 'Gerda' is a decorative dwarf umbrella plant with glossy green leaflets variegated in soft shades of cream and yellow. Its bushy, upright habit and colourful foliage make it an excellent choice for brightening living rooms, offices, or conservatories with a touch of tropical greenery.
This variety is easy to grow and adapts well to indoor environments, performing best in bright, indirect light. With regular pruning, it maintains a dense, compact form, making it perfect for smaller spaces while still offering a bold, exotic look.

Schefflera Care Sheet
Light: Thrives in bright, indirect light but tolerates medium light. Avoid harsh direct sun, which can scorch leaves.
Water: Water when the top 2–3cm of soil feels dry. Keep lightly moist but never soggy.
Soil/Nutrition: Use a free-draining houseplant compost. Feed every 4–6 weeks during spring and summer with a balanced fertiliser.
Humidity: Prefers average indoor humidity but enjoys occasional misting.
Pruning & Propagation: Prune to maintain compact growth and control height. Propagates from stem cuttings.
