Sansevieria cylindrica 'Sem'
Sansevieria 'Sem' is a striking architectural houseplant with upright, cylindrical leaves that create a bold sculptural display. The smooth, spear-like foliage is grey-green with subtle horizontal banding, giving the plant a clean, contemporary appearance that suits both modern homes and offices.
Exceptionally tolerant and easy to care for, this compact cultivar thrives on minimal attention and copes well with a wide range of indoor conditions. Its upright habit makes it ideal for desks, shelves and smaller spaces, while its distinctive form adds year-round structure and style.

Sansevieria Care Sheet
Light: Thrives in bright, indirect light but is equally happy in partial shade and tolerates lower light levels. Avoid prolonged intense direct sunlight.
Water: Allow the compost to dry out completely between waterings. Water sparingly, especially during autumn and winter, as overwatering is the most common cause of problems.
Soil/Nutrition: Use a free-draining cactus or succulent compost. Feed monthly during spring and summer with a diluted balanced liquid fertiliser.
Humidity: Average household humidity is ideal. No additional humidity is required.
Pruning and propagation: Remove damaged leaves at the base using clean secateurs. Propagate by division or leaf cuttings during the growing season.
