Salvia nemorosa 'Mainacht'
Salvia nemorosa 'Mainacht' produces dense spikes of rich violet-purple flowers held on strong upright stems above contrasting green foliage. Flowering from late spring into summer, this reliable perennial adds bold colour and structure to sunny borders.
Especially effective when planted in groups, it also works beautifully in mixed borders and containers. Deadheading encourages repeat flowering and the blooms make excellent fresh or dried cut flowers. Drought tolerant once established, it is also highly attractive to bees and butterflies.
