Rose 'Everlasting Love'® - CLM
Rose 'Everlasting Love'® is a repeat-flowering climbing rose producing clusters of velvety red, fully double blooms. Each flower measures approximately 9cm across, with rich, colourfast petals that retain their striking red tones as the blooms mature. A light fragrance adds to its appeal.
Flowering in repeated flushes through summer and into autumn, this climber brings lasting colour and height to the garden. Its generous clusters create an attractive display when trained against walls, fences or trellises, while its manageable size also suits garden arches. The romantic name makes it a thoughtful gift for anniversaries or other special occasions.
Grow in a sunny position with fertile, moist but well-drained soil and provide a sturdy support. Tie in the main stems as they develop, training them horizontally where possible to encourage flowering shoots. Regular feeding, watering during dry spells and deadheading help support healthy growth and further blooms.

Getting the most from your new Rose
Where to plant
Choose an open, sunny position with free-draining soil. Avoid planting where roses have grown before or transfer fresh soil to the site. Climbing and Rambling roses can be trained up walls, fences and other supports.
Planting
Roses love organic matter, so mix well-rotten manure, leaf mould or compost into the soil. Water thoroughly before planting. Make a hole big enough not to disturb the root ball. Remove from the pot and ensure the top of the root ball is level with the surrounding soil. Back-fill soil mixed with a good fertilizer, then firm. Water thoroughly.
Aftercare
Water well until established. Mulching will keep the soil weed-free and moist. For best results feed your roses with fertilizer in spring and again in summer. Remove faded flowers to encourage speedy repeat flowering.
Simple Pruning
Prune your rose in March or before new growth by removing any dead or very thin branches and reducing the height by 1/3 to 2/3 of the previous growth.
