Rhododendron 'Blaue Jung' (INKARHO)
Rhododendron 'Blaue Jung' is a compact evergreen hybrid producing rich violet-blue flowers with distinctive deep red markings in the throat. The bold blooms create a striking contrast against the glossy mid-green foliage and bring strong colour to the garden in late spring.
Forming a neat, rounded shrub, 'Blaue Jung' provides year-round structure and is especially useful in smaller gardens, woodland-style planting and mixed borders. Its flowers are also attractive to bees and other pollinating insects.
Grown on INKARHO rootstock, 'Blaue Jung' offers improved tolerance of a wider range of soil conditions than many traditional Rhododendrons. It performs best in moist but well-drained soil in partial shade or gentle sun, with consistent moisture during dry periods.
