Pyracantha 'Orange Glow'
Pyracantha 'Orange Glow' is a dense, thorny evergreen shrub valued for its spectacular display of vivid orange berries that persist from late autumn well into winter. These colourful fruits contrast beautifully with the glossy green foliage, providing strong structure and interest throughout the year.
In spring, clusters of small, fragrant white flowers appear, attracting bees and other pollinators, followed by berries that are an essential winter food source for birds. Upright and easy to grow, this firethorn is ideal for training against walls, fences and trellis, or for forming a robust, secure hedge. With support, it can also be grown successfully as a striking container feature.
