Prunus 'Pandora'

Prunus 'Pandora' is an elegant ornamental cherry renowned for its early spring display. From March to April, the bare branches are covered in a profusion of soft blush-pink flowers that fade to near-white as they mature, creating a delicate, cloud-like effect. The blooms are highly attractive to bees and early pollinators, providing valuable nectar when little else is flowering.

After flowering, fresh green leaves emerge, turning warm shades of orange and red in autumn before falling to reveal the tree’s graceful winter silhouette. With its upright habit, later becoming more spreading with age, ‘Pandora’ is well-suited to small and medium-sized gardens, making a fine specimen tree for lawns, avenues, or mixed borders. Awarded the RHS Award of Garden Merit, it is recognised for its reliability, beauty, and garden performance.
