Primula Belarina® 'Beaujolais'
Primula Belarina® 'Beaujolais' is a striking double primrose producing richly coloured, deep rose-pink flowers with delicate pale picotee edges. The densely layered blooms rise above neat rosettes of fresh green foliage, creating an elegant and colourful spring display.
Flowering from February to May, its fragrant blooms provide long-lasting interest during the early months of the year. The compact, free-flowering habit makes it particularly effective in patio pots, window boxes and seasonal container arrangements.
Hardy and easy to grow, 'Beaujolais' performs well in full sun or partial shade and prefers fertile, free-draining soil or compost. It is also ideal for bedding schemes and the front of borders, where its unusual colouring combines beautifully with spring bulbs and other primroses.
