Peperomia obtusifolia 'Red Canyon'
Peperomia obtusifolia 'Red Canyon' is a bold and attractive foliage houseplant grown for its thick, glossy green leaves set against striking red stems. The strong colour contrast and naturally upright, bushy habit give this variety a vibrant presence, making it an eye-catching addition to desks, tabletops or bright indoor plant groupings.
Easy to grow and compact in size, this Peperomia suits a wide range of indoor environments and is ideal for both beginners and collectors. Its semi-succulent foliage helps it tolerate occasional dryness, while its tidy growth habit keeps maintenance minimal and ensures it fits easily into modern interior spaces.

Light: Thrives in bright, indirect light. Tolerates medium light but avoid direct sun, which may scorch leaves.
Water: Water when the top 2–3cm of soil feel dry. Prefers evenly moist soil but not soggy.
Soil/Nutrition: Use a free-draining houseplant mix with added perlite. Feed monthly during spring and summer with diluted fertiliser.
Humidity: Adapts well to normal indoor humidity but benefits from occasional misting.
Pruning & Propagation: Pinch back stems to encourage bushier growth. Propagates easily from stem cuttings.
