Nepeta 'Neptune'
Nepeta 'Neptune' is a compact, free-flowering perennial producing an abundance of large violet-blue flowers above aromatic grey-green foliage. Its neat, rounded habit makes it an excellent choice for edging borders, filling gaps in planting schemes or adding long-lasting colour to patio containers.
Flowering from early summer well into autumn, this reliable variety delivers months of vibrant colour and will often produce repeat flushes of blooms when lightly trimmed after flowering. The soft, billowing flowers create a relaxed cottage garden feel while providing movement and texture throughout the season.
Easy to grow and low maintenance, 'Neptune' thrives in full sun or partial shade and performs well in well-drained soil. Highly attractive to bees, butterflies and other pollinating insects, it is an excellent addition to wildlife-friendly gardens and drought-tolerant planting schemes.
