Lavandula x intermedia, commonly known as Dutch lavender, is a vigorous, aromatic shrub valued for its tall flower spikes and strong fragrance. Flowering from mid to late summer, it produces elegant stems topped with soft purple blooms that attract bees and other pollinators.
Perfect for sunny borders, gravel gardens, and low hedging, this drought-tolerant lavender thrives in well-drained soil and full sun. Its upright habit and long stems also make it an excellent choice for cutting and drying, adding both structure and scent to the garden.
