Iris germanica 'Pinnacle'
Iris germanica 'Pinnacle' is a striking tall bearded iris producing elegant bi-colour blooms with crisp white standards above rich golden-yellow falls. The bold contrast and softly ruffled petals create a luminous display in late spring, rising above strong fans of sword-like grey-green foliage.
This hardy perennial brings strong vertical structure and bright colour to sunny borders and mixed perennial plantings. Like most bearded irises, it thrives in full sun and well-drained soil where the rhizomes sit close to the soil surface, becoming drought tolerant once established.
