Iris germanica 'Moonlight' is an elegant tall bearded iris producing large, softly ruffled flowers in pale primrose yellow with a warm golden beard. The luminous blooms appear in late spring and stand proudly above upright fans of sword-like grey-green foliage, bringing a soft glow to sunny borders.
Hardy and reliable, this classic iris thrives in full sun and well-drained soil where the rhizomes sit close to the soil surface. Once established it becomes drought tolerant and low maintenance, making it ideal for mixed borders, cottage gardens and cutting gardens.
