Ilex aquifolium 'Pyramidalis'
Ilex 'Pyramidalis' is an elegant evergreen holly with a naturally upright, conical habit and glossy deep green foliage. Its neat architectural form provides reliable structure and colour throughout the year.
Bright red berries develop in autumn and can persist well into winter, creating a striking seasonal display and providing valuable food for garden birds. Its dense growth makes 'Pyramidalis' suitable for specimen planting, formal hedging, screening and topiary.
Hardy, reliable and easy to grow, 'Pyramidalis' performs well in sun or partial shade in moist but well-drained soil. Its strong garden performance has earned it the RHS Award of Garden Merit.
