Iberis sempervirens 'Whistler White'
Iberis sempervirens 'Whistler White' is a compact evergreen perennial producing a profusion of crisp white flowers above neat, dark green foliage. The flowers create a bright carpet of colour from early to mid spring, making it particularly effective for bringing early interest to the garden.
This improved variety has been selected for its uniform, mounding habit and reliable flowering performance. Its dense covering of flowers is attractive to pollinating insects and contrasts beautifully with the evergreen foliage beneath.
'Whistler White' performs best in a sunny position with well-drained soil and is ideal for rock gardens, border edges, gravel gardens, walls and patio containers. Its naturally compact, spreading habit also makes it useful as attractive evergreen ground cover.
